Get Ready to Earn More! It’s simple. Just sell Aetna ACA Individual and Family Plans in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, North Carolina, Nevada, Texas or Virginia with January 1, 2022 or February 1, 2022 effective dates. When you do, you will be eligible to earn more broker credits.

The program is eligible for new Aetna CVS Health individual ACA medical sales only, including sales of Banner|Aetna and Innovation Health plans.

Rewards 

• Enrolled members by state: 0-9 – N/A

• Enrolled members by state: 10-24 – $25 per member 

• Enrolled members by state 25-49 – $50 per member 

• Enrolled members by state 50+ – $75 per member 

Getting started – about the program 

• You can earn up to $75 per enrolled member, based on the total members sold in each participating state.

• For new Individual ACA On and Off Exchange members sold with January 1, 2022 and February 1, 2022 effective dates.

• For new Aetna Individual ACA medical sales only, including sales of Banner|Aetna and Innovation Health plans.

• Members must continue coverage for at least 90 days from effective date to be eligible for payment.

• New business qualification tracked by state; no combining business across states.

• For the purpose of calculating enrolled member credits, Broker shall be subject to a per-policy maximum of 5 members for both qualification and payment.

• We will pay credits by July 31, 2022

Program term

• New business sold with January 1, 2022 and February 1, 2022 effective dates.

Eligible participants

• Must be licensed and appointed (where required) and have an in-force Producer Agreement.

• General Agents are not eligible.

Eligible business

• New Aetna ACA Individual and Family business in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, North Carolina, Nevada, Texas and Virginia.

• For the purpose of calculating enrolled member credits, Broker shall be subject to a per-policy maximum of 5 members for both qualification and payment.

• You must document the relationship between the broker and member to our satisfaction.

• Submit all new business using the same tax identification number.

• Members must continue coverage for at least 90 days from effective date to be eligible for payment.

• New Business qualification tracked by state. No combining business across states.

• New dependents of current members are not part of credit calculations.

• The primary broker is eligible for payment on business sold through a General Agent

Disclosures

• Broker must provide written disclosure in advance to customers about the compensation that the broker may receive from Aetna.

• We will disclose the credits outlined in this document in accordance with our Producer Compensation Disclosure policy.

Payments

• We will pay credits by July 31, 2022.

• We will report credits as taxable income.

• We will submit payments under one Tax Identification Number (TIN). We will not split payments to multiple brokers or TINs.

• We will not be able to consider any disputes about any payments under the program unless communicated in writing within 90 days of payment release. We will not consider any retroactive payment after 90 days post-payment release.
