As an agent, you have a couple of options available to choose from, thanks to ConnectureDRX.

  1. First, there’s Agent Call Recording for SHOPPING. This includes shopping recordings, as well as SOA, and recording for enrollment info for your clients. However, this option is limited to outbound calling. 

  2. Next, you could choose call recording for ENROLLMENT ONLY. With this option, you can choose between outbound and inbound calls. Or, you could choose both. 

Once you choose one of these options and make a call with a customer, and after the call is finished, the recording of this call can be found in the member profile for ADMIN users to access or review freely.

Congratulations To Our Agents On A Successful AEP!  

Thank you for working with us to reach our goal.  We closed out this AEP with these incredible numbers:

 

  • Page Views: We saw a record 39.4 million page views this AEP – an 18.9% increase over last AEP’s page views!   

 

  • Unique Users/Members: There were 7.33 million unique users/members utilizing the ConnectureDRX sites this AEP.

 

  • Enrollment Submissions: Along with the significant increase in overall page views, there was a nearly 30% increase over last year’s total enrollments submitted through the ConnectureDRX platform during AEP.   

 

  • Text/Email to Sign Enrollment:  By the end of AEP, we saw an increase of 66% for enrollments sent to beneficiaries to sign and submit.  54.1% were sent via email, 14.9% sent via text and 31% sent via both email and text.

 

  • Text/Email SOA: Usage increased by 52.8% this AEP, with 61.7% sent via email and 38.3% sent via text.

 

  • Connections to MyMedicare.gov: We also saw a significant increase in the volume of connections being made to MyMedicare.gov for beneficiaries to allow their prescription drug information to be shared with ConnectureDRX sites.  There were over 38,000 connections to MyMedicare.gov this AEP with 87% of beneficiaries providing approval to share that data.

(CMS) report that over 528,000 Americans signed up for health insurance
from the start of the 2021 Marketplace Special Enrollment Period (SEP)
for consumers in HealthCare.gov States through March 31st, including
approximately 322,000 signups from March 1st to March 31st.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid
Services (CMS) report that over 528,000 Americans signed up for health
insurance from the start of the 2021 Marketplace Special Enrollment
Period (SEP) for consumers in HealthCare.gov States through March 31st,
including approximately 322,000 signups from March 1st to March 31st.

The number of people signing up for health
insurance from the start of the SEP opportunity on February 15th through
March 31st represents a substantial increase from 2020 and 2019, when
209,000 and 171,000 consumers signed up for health insurance
respectively.[1]
In previous years, SEPs were available only for qualifying life events,
whereas this year the Biden Administration opened a SEP to all
Americans in response to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.

Data suggest a more diverse set of American
consumers are enrolling in health insurance coverage through the SEP. Of
enrollees who identified a race from February 15th through March 31th, 17%
identified as Black, compared to about 11% during the same period in
both 2020 and 2019. In addition, lower income Americans represent a
larger percentage of new plan selections so far during the SEP compared
to prior years. Among consumers requesting financial assistance, 41%
have a household income between 100% and 138% of the federal poverty
level, compared to 38% in 2020 and 33% in 2019.
